1. Purpose
CastCMS provides software and hosting-related tools so customers can publish radio, sports, and data sites. This page states, in plain language, what we do not take on.

2. Platform shield (core clause)
CastCMS is only a data and content-management infrastructure. CastCMS is not responsible for content created by tenants (kiracı / tenant), nor for betting or financial referrals on tenant sites.
We are not the publisher, editor, broadcaster, or journalist of a Tenant Site. A visitor’s relationship is with the Tenant, not with us.
3. What we provide / what we do not
We may provide: panel access, templates, modules (Radio, ScoreCast, Data API) according to your plan, domain-connection helpers, and related support.
We do not provide / guarantee:
- that a Tenant Site will attract audience, rank, or be indexed by any search engine
- accuracy of live scores, fixtures, tables, line-ups, or other sports data
- uninterrupted streams (Icecast, Shoutcast, or any URL you configure)
- that tenant copy, ads, widgets, or user comments are lawful
- betting, gambling, tipster, odds, or any financial / investment / crypto advice
- that we are a party to your contracts with listeners, advertisers, or customers
4. Tenant content is yours
All Materials on a Tenant Site — including audio, programme grids, podcasts, match pages, images, and third-party embeds — are your responsibility. If you allow user-generated content, you moderate it.
If you use CastCMS for a client, you remain the primary addressee of claims about that site.
5. Betting and financial referrals
Tenants must not use the Service as an unlicensed betting, gambling, or financial-services channel. Even if a Tenant holds licences, CastCMS is not a party to those activities and is not responsible for betting or financial referrals, widgets, or copy the Tenant publishes.
Age gates, geoblocks, and consumer warnings on such content are the Tenant’s duty.
6. Illegal content — report it
Use Report abuse (email confirmation required) or [email protected] for alleged illegal or infringing content on a CastCMS-hosted Tenant Site. Official letters and court orders: institutional email to [email protected], not the public form.
We may notify the Tenant, disable the material, or suspend the account. We are not a court.

7. Third parties
Search engines, stream hosts, CDNs, sports-data vendors, DNS, and payment providers are outside our control. Their outages, refusals, and errors are your risk.
8. Damages
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CastCMS is not liable for lost profits, audience, data, or reputation, or for indirect or consequential loss — including loss from tenant content, betting or financial referrals, sports-data errors, or stream failure. Aggregate liability is capped as in the Terms. Mandatory consumer rights remain.
9. Indemnity reminder
You will hold CastCMS harmless from third-party claims arising from Your Materials, your Tenant Site, betting or financial content, or your breach of the Terms or the law.
