Explicit consent is informed, specific, and freely given. The activities below are not required to run the Service. They apply only if you consent.
2. What you can consent to
If you consent, CastCMS may:
- send product updates and marketing email / SMS / similar messages
- use marketing cookies and similar measurement (Cookies)
- send event, webinar, or offer information
Required messages (activation, security, invoices, payment reminders) do not depend on this consent. See KVKK.
3. How consent is collected
Via registration, forms, account settings, or the cookie banner (“accept” or a checkbox). Marketing messages and optional cookie categories stay off until then.
4. How to withdraw
You may withdraw at any time, free of charge:
- unsubscribe / preference links in email or SMS
- a request via account or contact
- [email protected]
- Cookie settings in the footer
Withdrawal does not undo processing that was lawful before you withdrew.
5. Sharing, retention, rights
Data under this consent may be shared with infrastructure and messaging providers within Privacy and KVKK. Retention follows the consent and the law.
